Beach front or a block or 2 inland?

I currently rent a small apt in Icarai 10 minutes up the road from
Cumbuco.
A few months ago, I could rig and self launch my kite on the 30m
of beach in my back yard, even at high-tide easily.
That was then!

Now, a few months later, the sea has EATEN the beach.
At high tide we now only have 1 meter of beach !!!!

No kidding! from 30 meters of beach and now down to 2m!
REALLY glad I don't own the place!

If you are thinking about buying direct beachfront property.
You are taking some big risks. But hey, its your money.

It looks like it was hit by a Florida Hurricane, but it wad
just a high tide combined with a full moon did it!
Looked up the name of the Bar in my dictionary.
Feitico means Curse of the sea!
