Notice that the wind direction allows for direct cooling

There is a 3rd house that is 30m2 smaller and prices at R$200,000
I think the current value of this one is $190,000 to $225,000
They have not yet set a firm price, but I think they would be happy
with R$200,000. But I'm not sure. : )  ???? 
I guess supply and demand will determine the final price soon enough.
As far as I know, only 1 family has looked at the house, really liked it,
and said it was one of there top 2 favorite house compared to
everything else near the center.  It will be interesting to see what
happens after the word gets out and 10-20 people look at it.
I think it will be sold off quickly.  November or December.

If you are looking to buy a place, note that prices tend to
rise during November, Dec, and January when the highest
number of people visit the area and shop for houses
