The New HQ Scout Kite, (successor of Beamer TSR), is built tough and is a great 1st kite for learning to Snow-Kiting or Kite-LandBoarding. The Scout kites pack a lot of power for their size.
HQ's New " X-Over Control Bar" looks different than the standard foil kite bars and for good reason...It is different.
The X Over design makes the kite MUCH more responsive to steering input. Fast Turner = More power!
If you're shopping for your first kite, consider the 3m Scout or maybe a Rush PRO 300 or 350
4m and larger kites are for experienced kiters only!
If you're already experienced flying kites and are ready to move up to a more powerful kite for Snow-Kiting, Landboarding, or Buggying, look at the 4m and larger kites.
