Multi-Sports is the reason I originally selected the Business name "X-TRAINER".

Being fit allows you to do activities the unfit never experience, and learning a new activity or new sport makes it easier to learn the next one. Once you start doing 2 or more activities you are "cross-training". One sport helps you increase your coordination for another and then you reach a point where you want to excel at your favorite sport(s) so you "head for the gym" to get in even better conditions and thus furthering your cross-training.
