Kitemare's NO BULL Guarantee

Our Exclusive NO BULL Guarantee puts some stoke behind every purchase.  NO ONE DOES WHAT WE DO!!!

  1. 60 Days for Unopened Returns, no questions asked!
  2. 30 Days to 6 Months of Extended Repair/Replacement Protection, depending on the product
  3. Manufacturer Warranty Issues - We help expedite solutions within days
  4. If you don't like your choice - We have options to exchange or return
  5. If you break it - We help pay for some of the repair

NO BULL GUARANTEE DETAILS

All Merchandise - 60-day full refund on all merchandise that is returned unopened and not used.  All returns must have the proper RMA# (Return Merchandise Approval Number).

The only exception to our NO BULL Guarantee is for all sale items that exceed 30% off the retail price. These items are considered closeout items and all sales are considered final. On these sale items the manufacturers warranty will always be honored, but all elements of our extended warranty is nullified.

Our NO BULL Guarantee Is divided into 3 product categories:

Each category is a little different because of the nature of the product. The three categories are:

  1. Trainer Kites, Traction Kites, and Recreational Kites
  2. Full-Size Kites, Boards, and all Boards with Wheels
  3. Apparel, Kite Harnesses or Other Items Requiring Proper Fit

#1: Trainer Kites, Traction Kites, and Recreational Kites ($50 - $500).

We expedite and provide manufacturer warranty assistance for 6 months or longer if the manufacturer warranty exceeds this time.  We never leave our customers hanging and are happy to assist with any manufacture warranty claim.  
What if I don't like my kite?  We provide 30 day exchange or refund on Lightly Used Kites...

Fly it and love it or send it back... in the first 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be returned in like-new condition and must have a proper RMA# (Return Merchandise Approval Number).

With this Category (#1) you will have the following options:
  1. A 30-day FREE exchange for a larger, smaller, or different brand kite if the kite you purchased is not the right fit or does not perform to your expectation
  2. A 30-day return for a refund less a 15% restocking fee
  3. Note, for kites under $150 there is a fixed $35 restocking free
  4. Our guarantee only applies to the original purchase and the original purchaser and is not residual. Our guarantee only pertains to one incident or claim.
  5. All returns must have the proper RMA# (Return Merchandise Approval Number).  

This guarantee only applies to kites in this category in like-new condition, that are not damaged, dirty, water stained, or show signs of wear. We hold the exclusive right to evaluate and refuse any used item for any reason that we determine.

What if the kite breaks or tears?

IF something breaks or tears within the first 6 months of your purchase, we will help you get the problem solved quickly.

  1. Your Fault.  If it is your fault, meaning you accidentally do something that damages the kite, we actually pay for a large portion of the repair or replacement. 
  2. Manufacturer's fault.  If it is determined to be a manufactures defect we will help you expedite the process.

Here's how it works:
  • Our NO BULL Guarantee is a 6 month guarantee against any manufacturer defects and pilot error assistance with replacement or repair.
  • If you experience a kite that fails due to a manufacturer defect, we will send you a new part or kite within days.   We will deal with the manufacturer and not leave you hanging. We take care of the problem immediately.   THAT’S A NO BULL GUARANTEE.
  • If you accidentally damage your trainer, Traction or recreational kite, you pay for the first $50.00 of the repair cost plus shipping; we take care of the rest. If you accidentally run it over with the Jeep or fly it into a tree, it's covered.  If the kite cannot be repaired so that the integrity of the kite is not compromised, we will send you the new replacement parts or replacement sail. You will only have to pay for the first $75 plus shipping.
  • For kites under $140, we offer a fixed 50% replacement. Kites in this price range may not warrant a repair due to the repair exceeding the value of the kite. If replacement parts can be provided, they will be offered.
  • Our guarantee only pertains to the original purchase and the original purchaser and is not residual. Our guarantee only pertains to one incident or claim.

 

#2: Full-Size Kites, Boards & Boards with Wheels

We expedite and provide manufacturer warranty assistance for 6 months or longer if the manufactures warranty exceeds this time.  We never leave our customers hanging and are happy to assist with any manufacture warranty claim. 

Fly it, ride it, and love it or send it back. Products must be returned in like-new condition.

With this Category (#2) you will have the following options:
  1. A 30-day exchange for a larger, smaller, or different brand kite. If the kite you purchased is not the right fit or does not perform to your expectation.
  2. A 15% restocking fee is subject to all kites that have been lightly used being returned for the exchange of a different kite.
  3. A 30-day return for a refund less a 20% restocking fee
  4. Our guarantee only pertains to the original purchase and the original purchaser and is not residual. 

This guarantee only pertains to kites and boards in like-new condition, that are not damaged, dirty, water stained, or show signs of wear. We hold the exclusive right to evaluate and refuse any used item for any reason that we determine.

If you experience a kite that fails due to a manufacturer defect,  We will help you deal with the manufacturer and not leave you hanging. We help take care of the problem immediately. We will always work on behalf of our customers to expedite warranty services.
  • If you accidentally damage your full-size kite or board, and it can be repaired, we will pay for the first $60.00 of the cost of the repair and you will be responsible for the remaining repair cost.
  • If the kite is damaged and cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement sail for a discounted price of 45% off the retail price
  • If the board is damaged  and cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement board for a discounted price of 30% off the retail price.
  • Our guarantee only pertains to the original purchase and the original purchaser and is not residual. Our guarantee only pertains to one incident or claim.


#3: Apparel, Kite Harnesses, or Other Items that Require Proper Fit

Try it on and love it or send it back. Products must be returned in like-new condition.

For apparel, kite harnesses, or other items that require a proper fit, we provide the opportunity for you to try it on and make sure it's a good fit. If what you ordered does not fit right, let us know immediately. We will be happy to exchange it or provide you with a refund.

For any returns, please email us or give us a call. When we approve of the return you will be given a RMA#. Please write this number on the package you will be returning.
